Skirting Conveyor Models


In the transfer area or discharge chute, there is  skirt board ,that the important part to avoid the material coal splattered , and save us from environmental issue ,and  ground contamination. 

In the pic below, we give example type of Belt Conveyor skirt board on our coal crusher and  conveyor system, we use the double plate , here are details :
  •  Plate bended as the main plate  ( thickness 6 mm mild steel ) 
  •  Plate Stainless steel as the deflective  wear liner ( thickness 6 mm ) 
  •  Rubber belt, as sealing cover at the outside ( you can utilize used  belt conveyor )
  •  Clamping , you can get from you're vendor or like us, we prefer to made it by our self

You probably have a design that you think  better than above ,but the essence is we can keep clean and smooth transfer flow of coal or material in the belt load zone.

Clamp Skirting 

Especially for clamping , we divide by 2 meters due to simplify on  rubber replacement , for ease maintenance   we prefer using Swivel Handle rather than Standard handle, and

  1.  Weld channel strut to skirt board  
  2.  Slide clamps through conduits
  3. Slide on aluminum angle brackets
  4.  wist clamps to tighten then pull down
